90 min. Medical Massage

30 min. Medical Massage

Your first visit with us will include a 60 minute massage treatment and up to a 20 minute evaluation of your health history, including current and past injuries and traumas, areas of pain and discomfort, and treatment goals and expectations.

Sports Massage will help you recover from hard work-outs quicker, remove any resulting inflammation and soreness, and balance muscle tension in order to prevent injury. We have helped professional Triathlete, NBA, and LPGA athletes improve their performance and train harder and longer.
